2024 ELEMENT MEET
WELCOME TO THE 2024 PNW ELEMENT MEET!
The time has come once again for all Honda Element enthusiasts to gather in the beautiful Pacific Northwest to celebrate this amazing community. Come be a part of a day filled with fun, food, friends, community building, and tons of inspiration from fellow Element owners and enthusiasts.
We are excited to announce a new venue! This year we’ll be meeting at Pacific Raceways! With the incredible growth in just 2 years we are happy to have secured a bigger field for the meet.
We have again organized two camping days leading up to the event. We'll be returning to Ocean Shores for some fun in the sun at the beach, and the night before the meet we’ll support a local farm called Green Apple Alpacas. (Space is limited, see details below)
Vendors will offer a variety of Element related products and services. Get all the mods to deck your Element out. Talk to representatives about how they can keep your E running strong, and how they can help you build your dream Element.
There will be food trucks on site for lunch.
We will once again be supporting a local animal charity, Northwest Wag Rescue, through donations and a silent auction. Last year we were able to raise $1,100!
Awards for fan favorite Elements in multiple categories.
In year 1 we had 103 Elements. In year 2 we saw a huge increase to 209 Elements with attendees from as far away as New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Arizona and more. Can we reach 300 Elements in year 3?? We can if you join us!
This year we are working on submitting to the Guinness Book of World Records for largest Honda Element gathering!

This local bar is happy to have us back and we are excited to support a small, local establishment. Come have a drink (alcoholic or NON) and converse with fellow Element owners. Food option TBD.

COST AND FUNDRAISING
The PNW Element Meet is a free event to attend. We have been able to keep it this way through fundraising and generous donations from this amazing community.
Again, the event is free, but if you’d like to directly help make this event successful please consider contributing to our GoFundMe campaign.
All contributions go toward the event including venue rental, insurance, porta-potties, trash service, etc. Excess funds after expenses will go to Northwest Wag Rescue.
CAMPING
RSVPs ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CAMPING. There will be limited group camping on August 16th and 17th leading up to the 2024 PNW Element Meet. We are excited to be back camping on the Washington coast on Friday the 16th, but this year we have a group site that allows us to be closer together. We will then move to Green Apple Alpacas farm, less than 25 minutes from Pacific Raceways, to camp on Saturday the 17th. Green Apple Alpacas will also have opportunities for farm tours to meet the animals for those interested.
Additionally, the Green Apple Alpacas will remain open after the event Sunday the 18th for those needing a place to stay before driving home. Perfect for those coming from out of state. The gates will remain open all day so you can come and go as needed all day.
Please RSVP for the event and check the appropriate boxes to notify us you intend to camp. Surveys for camping will be emailed prior to the event and payment will be collected then.
Camping fees will be approximately $25-35 per day based on summer rates. Final fee details will be in the surveys.
Group camping means you will be in close proximity to other Element campers. We will be comfortable, but if this is not for you and you need more privacy then please book your own sites. A few suggested state parks will be listed below.
Group campers do not call and book with the group sites. Payment and booking is done through the RSVP system and surveys on this event website.

Non-group campers can look at the following websites for camping options. The closest state parks to the event are Dash Point State Park and Saltwater State Park. Hipcamp is also a great option for privately owned campsites. Hotels and other lodging can be found on a Google Maps search and many options exist close to the event.
