Honda Element VIN (vehicle identification number) decoder
Ever wondered what can be found in a Vehicle Identification Number (aka VIN)? Most of this is information that can be found on the badges on the rear, AWD, model (LX, EX…ect)
Here is an easy to follow guide for reading the VIN of a Honda Element. The VIN (17-digit ) is located on a plate fastened to the top of the dashboard. You can see it through the windshield on the driver's side.
The VIN is also available from your vehicle registration or insurance card.
When buying a used Element, check for the VIN number in multiple places, they should all match
