Rear seat removal/install and carabiners (clips) pockets

1. Many of you already know this, but I often see questions about them. Where are they, mine are missing and what is a inexpensive replacement?

2. How hard is it to remove the rear seats, it’s very awkward, but not difficult. The same goes for reversing the operation to install them. Each seat is about 43lbs and can be difficult to maneuver inside/outside the Element.
